Tachia Pricing & FAQ's

Techia provides clear and transparent pricing for handyman services.

• Service Areas include: Zichron Yaakov, Binyamina, Or Akiva, and Caesarea. Travel outside these areas may incur an additional fee.

• All prices exclude hardware such as brackets, curtain rods, shelves, locks, etc. These can be supplied at an additional cost upon request and will be quoted for. 

• Customers are encouraged to send photos or videos of the work required before booking.

• Payment is due upon completion of the work. Accepted methods: Bank Transfer, Bit, Paybox

• Rescheduling and cancellation may incur costs as per our Service Terms 

• All prices include VAT (18%).

For most jobs, pricing is based on a minimum service call-out fee and hourly rate, while various common jobs are offered as fixed price services that already include the call-out fee. All services provided are subject to Techia's Service Terms

Call-out / Hourly Rate

Customers are encouraged to bundle multiple tasks into one visit.

• ​Minimum Service Visit / Call-out fee - ₪350 (includes first hour of labour)

• Hourly labour rate - ₪350

• Additional Time - ₪175 per 30 minutes

• Work outside of regular work hours is billed at 1.5x the regular rates

Fixed Price Services

Fixed price services include the call-out fee, i.e., there is no additional minimum service fee.

TV Mounting 

• TV Mount (up to 55") - ₪350

• TV Mount (up to 65") - ₪450

• TV Mount (65"+) - Quoted individually

Installation on reinforced concrete or Mamad walls may require additional time.

This excludes the mounting bracket. This can be supplied at an additional cost.

Curtains & Blinds

• Curtain rod installation - From ₪300 per window

• Blind installation - From ₪300 per window

Shelves & Wall Fixtures

• Shelf installation - ₪200 per shelf (min 2)

• Mirror installation - ₪200–₪300

• Picture hanging - ₪75 per picture (min 3)

Furniture Assembly

• Small furniture assembly - From ₪300

• Wardrobe assembly (2 doors) - ₪450

• Wardrobe assembly (4 doors / sliding doors) - ₪650

Bathroom & Kitchen

• Bathroom cabinet installation - ₪450

• Faucet / tap replacement - ₪300

• Sink trap (siphon) replacement - ₪350

• Toilet seat replacement - ₪250

• Silicone sealing - ₪250–₪350

Doors & Locks

• Door adjustment / repairs - From ₪350

• Door handle replacement - ₪300

• Cylinder lock replacement - From ₪350

Repairs & Touch-Ups

Lighting

Services involving electricity are limited to replacement of existing light fixtures using existing wiring only.
